Although monitoring motor current can provide a reasonable measure of transmitted torque during steady state conditions, it fails to accurately represent the torsional conditions which occur during transient events. How Torque Testing Works
IVC uses wireless strain-gage based digital torque telemetry to make direct torque measurements that can be used for the following:
